We started with a drop side truck body built on the pavement in 1981, to one of the most advanced Companies in South Africa specializing in Truck Hydraulic fitments, Manufacturing of Hydraulic and Fuel Tanks, Under ground mining vehicles conversions with Rops and Fops certification, Powder Coating, Electro Plating and the Supply of Replacement Parts. Our in house training program, empowers the workforce with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional quality products and services. TRAN SERVE JHT is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) approved by all major truck manufacturers and currently do on-line fitments at UD Trucks in Rosslyn and Volvo in Pinetown We stock and deliver a wide range of Truck and Trailer replacement parts to the end user in Road Transport Industry, Mining and Construction. The highest level of attention to safety and detail in the manufacturing of underground mining vehicles and personel carriers is priority, are tested and certified by the University of Pretoria as Rops (roll over protection system) and Fops (falling objects Protection system) according to the latest AA specifications. Our design team goes to great lengths to consider and maintain the appearance of the vehicles. Only the latest technology is used in our manufacturing process. All our products are designed in-house with Solid Works, cut on our Bystronic Laser machine and formed with our fully CNC Beyler Xpert Press brake.
